We are actively seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a high-profile infrastructure program delivering landmark bridges, road networks, and tunnel systems across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead end-to-end quality assurance and quality control operations across multi-disciplinary civil infrastructure projects
- Develop, implement, and enforce project-specific QMS in alignment with AASHTO, BS EN, ASTM, and Saudi SBC standards
- Manage inspection and testing plans (ITPs), material approvals, and non-conformance reporting (NCRs)
- Serve as the primary QA/QC interface with client, consultant, and third-party inspection bodies
- Drive a zero-defect culture through audits, workforce training, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
- 15+ years of QA/QC experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity on infrastructure projects (bridges / highways / tunnels)
- Proven track record on large-scale GCC or Middle East projects is highly preferred
- Professional certification: ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CQE, or equivalent
- Strong command of structural, geotechnical, and pavement quality requirements
