1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Deleting Your Account: You may delete your account and your job posts at any time from within the app or the website, or by contacting us at the email below. Deleted data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. RULES FOR POSTING JOB ADVERTISEMENTS (USER-GENERATED CONTENT)
As a registered user, you are allowed to post job vacancies. However, you strictly agree to the following rules:
- Authenticity: All job postings must represent genuine, active, and available employment opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
- Zero Tolerance for Scams (No Fees): You must NOT ask job seekers for any money, registration fees, visa processing fees, or any other financial compensation in exchange for a job. Any account found doing this will be permanently banned immediately.
- Clear Information: Job posts must clearly state the job title, requirements, location, and a valid method of contact (Email, Phone, or Official Website).
- Prohibited Content: You may not post content that is:
- Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate.
- Misleading, false, or deceptive.
- Violating any local laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Violating Google Publisher Policies (e.g., adult content, illegal services, copyright infringement).
- Public Visibility: Your job posts, including the contact details and username shown with them, are visible to the public.
3. CONTENT MODERATION & RIGHT TO REMOVE
KSA Jobs Alert is an independent platform. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, edit, or delete any job post or user account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or harms our platform’s reputation.
4. AI CV WRITER
- Our AI CV Writer is provided as a convenience tool and uses third-party AI technology to help generate CV content.
- AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting, and verifying your CV before using or sharing it.
- We do not guarantee that using the CV Writer will result in an interview, job offer, or employment.
- You must only enter information that is true and that you have the right to use. How your information is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
- Platform Role: We act solely as a bridge between employers/recruiters and job seekers. We are not an employment agency and do not guarantee the fulfillment of any job vacancy.
- No Endorsement: The publication of a job post does not mean we endorse the company or the job offer.
- Limitation of Liability: KSA Jobs Alert shall not be held liable for any disputes, financial losses, or damages arising between the job poster and the job seeker. Users interact and share information at their own risk.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT
- By posting content on our app or website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your job post across our app, website, and promotional channels. This license ends when you delete your post, except for copies that may remain temporarily in backups or caches.
- You must not post copyrighted material (such as company logos or text) unless you have the legal right to do so.
7. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior warning, if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities. If your content is fake, misleading, or fraudulent, we may also take legal action where appropriate.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
